Direct sales terms
- Commission is 30% of the base monthly subscription each client pays, credited when their payment clears.
- Commission is not paid on add-on minute top-ups. Those cover the per-minute cost of the calls themselves.
- Commission continues every month the client stays subscribed, and stops if they cancel or are refunded.
- Balances are paid out on request once they reach $50, by e-transfer or direct deposit.
- Clients are AIVA customers. AIVA sets the retail price, provides support, and owns the billing relationship.
- You are an independent contractor, not an employee. You cover your own taxes and expenses.
- You will not misrepresent what the product does, guarantee results, or sign contracts on AIVA's behalf.
Applications are reviewed by a person, usually within a day.
